These Parker Prädifa piston seals are mainly used for double-acting pistons in cylinders
for hydraulic roof supports and for tunneling ma-
chines.
Installation:
The Parker Praedifa sealing sets of the series ZA may be installed on one-piece pistons. To avoid damaging care should be taken that the seals are not pulled over sharp edges during installation.
Compounds:
The standard compound is an NBR-based special SFRs’-elastomer (N3580) with a hardness of approx. 85 Shore A. The back-up rings are made of polyacetal-based material (W5001).
