The Parker Prädifa PDF  scraper rings profile A7 has the task of preventing the ingress of dust, dirt, grains of sand, and metal shavings in dynamic rod guides. This is achieved through their special shape. This largely prevents scoring, protects the guide parts, and extends the operating life of the seals. Profile A7 should always be used in conjunction with an elastomer wiper.

The Parker Praedifa PDF scraper ring profile A7 gives the cylinder a technically clean finish. No special screw rings and retaining plates are required for installation. It doesn’t require tight fits or metal inserts. This prevents the possible corrosion that can occur between the metal cage and the cylinder head when using a metal wiper. For the grooving, a fine fit is not necessary.

Installation instructions:

The PDF scraper ring profile A7 is supplied as a closed ring.
Avoid pressure against the back of the ring.
It can be snapped into closed grooves will.
