The Parker Prädifa Park-O-Pak @ Rod Seal, Type T, Profil TA is the further development of the grooved ring and combines the advantages of the highly elastic O-ring and the wear-resistant grooved ring mechanism. The special feature of this seal is the inserted O-Fling, this guarantees even at low
Press and with vacuum the, for the sealing function necessary, preload. This pre-tensioning force remains at a temperature included largely constant, and self with a certain amount of wear and tear. The necessary contact pressure is guaranteed, when the system pressure increases, this contact pressure by the pressure-dependent deformation of the O-ring is reinforced.
Scope of application:
Operating pressure: ≤ 400 bar
Operating temperature: – 35 to + 80 ºC briefly up to + 95 ºC
Sliding speed: = ≤ 1 m/s
Mainly for the seal plungers, telescopic cylinders, and in the mobile hydraulics. We submit installation suggestions on request.
Installation instructions:
The Parker Praedifa seals should be in the axial direction
Have play (see columns H and L).
During installation, they must not be overlaid
edges were drawn so that the sealing edge is not damaged.
Usually, these seals can be snapped and become closed grooves. With extreme diameter ratios and profile widths, use assembly aid.
Materials:
MOLYTHANEo U 15, is a working quality of approx. 93 Shore and based on polyurethane
